Uke Logic string sets are made from high quality "super fluorocarbon" aka Super-Carbon. A high-density formula of fluorocarbon that is tonally different from the average fluorocarbon ukulele string. Uke Logic string sets are available as all-plain Super-Carbon and additional options are available for players who prefer metal wound strings in combination with Super-Carbon.

These are a work of art 1 people found this helpfulI almost never leave reviews, but for these, I can't help it. I just strung up a Romero Creations Grand Tenor with a soft tension set of the wound low g strings. They are seriously incredible. Crystal clear on every fret and feel amazing against the fingers both while fingerpicking and strumming. A combo of grippy, responsive, with just the right amount of give The smooth wound low g is genuinely smooth, light feeling, and doesn't stand out in terms of feel from the other strings. It also adds that nice warmth of a wound string without overwhelming the super-carbon strings. They are also weirdly easier to fret than other fluorocarbon strings I've tried. even softer ones. I have no idea why. Anyways, all-around awesome strings that are a new favorite. Great work, Joel.

great sound once i got used to the thin A 2 people found this helpfulI recently purchased a Pono Pro Classic cedar/rosewood tenor. Beautiful uke! Joel set it up with the Uke Logic low G pink sandia low tension strings. It took me a while to get used to the thinner A string but now I LOVE this uke and the strings and am gettning compliments on how it sounds. The low G seems very similar to the Fremont soloist and the Pepe Romero low G. Nice balanced set IMO once you get used to the thinner A.

Amazing improvement in sound 1 people found this helpfulI used a set of Uke Logic strings with the wound low G to replace a set of Aquila nylgut strings that included an Aquila low G. I was amazed at the improvement in the sound on my laminate ukulele. I never liked playing chord melodies on it because the notes were dull sounding. Now they ring out very clearly. The strings are somewhat expensive, but not much more than the Pepe Romero low G set, which I have on my solid wood concert.

Great sound/feel. A little pricey. 2 people found this helpfulSoft tension low G set on my Kamaka tenor for 2 weeks now. Great sound. Not as bright as some fluoridation strings, but has a nice warmth to them and are brighter than the black nylon strings that came with the uke. I really like the balance. Still stretching a little, but settling in pretty well. Nice feel; soft tension set is perfect for my taste. Gold alloy wound low G is virtually squeak-less and has not tarnished yet. A little pricey; time will tell how long they last. So far, very happy with these strings.
