Uke Logic string sets are made from high quality "super fluorocarbon" aka Super-Carbon. A high-density formula of fluorocarbon that is tonally different from the average fluorocarbon ukulele string. Uke Logic string sets are available as all-plain Super-Carbon and additional options are available for players who prefer metal wound strings in combination with Super-Carbon.

This is my second set of Uke Logic strings and I love them. They are crisp, clear and and they sound absolutely amazing on my Koa tenor ukulele. I realize that this set is completely customizable but I can’t imagine a better setup than what the set includes. These are my new favorite strings.

I usually use Worth strings but made a happy mistake by clicking Uke Logic in the string menu. I opted for soft. Put them on my Kiwaya soprano and during the break in time I immediately had regrets. I liked the finger feel but hated everything else. The sound was lackluster with no sustain and the tension was hard to describe but awfull. Its March and about six NCAA basketball games worth of noodling around and retuning, the strings settled in and the magic happened. These strings sound and feel awesome. Finger pickin, strumming, all good. They are right in the sweet spot between bright and mellow. There are a lot of great strings out there. These are one of them. Also the Sandia pink color is looks good over a walnut fret board. Give them a chance

I received these strings today and 60 minutes later they were installed! They take a little time to settle in but once they do they sound amazing! The A string is bright, the low G mellow and they all meshes together to bring out the best in your ukulele. Highly recommend!

Replaced Aquila New Nylgut strings with Uke Logic "Soft Tension" strings on three K brand ukuleles. On my spruce top pineapple tenor (low G), the transformation is tremendous, like I have a new instrument. From modest volume and unsatisfying trebles to great volume and crystal clear and bright treble notes. The smooth wound low G string is very well balanced and does not overpower the other strings. Playability is also much easier. The cedar top tenor (high G) also shows great improvement in tonal quality on all strings, but particularly on treble notes. The all koa tenor (high G) shows improvement in tone, but the Aquila strings performed well on it, so the improvement is more modest. The "Soft Tension" strings are much easier to fret than the much thicker Aquila New Nylgut strings, so playability is very much improved on all three of my ukuleles. Overall, the Uke Logic "Soft Tension" strings are a very big improvement in tonal quality, volume and playability in my experience.

I’ve been playing for only 3 years. But I played guitar for 20+. My experience has been limited with strings. I’ve tried Aquila super Nylgut, Martin fluorocarbon, Oasis with smooth wound, Aquila red, Aquila wound, aquila red low g unwound, kamaka low g. They all had their ups n downs. Uke logic with soft tension low g smooth round is by far my favorite. Intonation is key and the low g is amazingly perfect. I run these strings on my Kamaka soprano, blackbird Clara and Martin OX. They sound and feel great!
