My First Full Sized Uke 0 people found this helpfulI moved up the KA-T from a Kala Pineapple soprano. This is a terrific uke! Quality construction; the ivory-color binding is a nice contrast with the satin mahogany finish. The tenor size was for me much easier to form chord shapes on than the soprano; the tone is richer and deeper than a soprano. The standard Aquila strings are a nice extra. I now teach beginner's uke and recommend this uke to my students. Add a clip-on tuner and a gig bag or hard case and you've got a very nice package at a very reasonable value.

Impressed 0 people found this helpfulMy friend has this ukulele and he took it to school one day. I had seen this instrument countless times on the internet but I never once got to play it in person. When I played it, I was quite impressed. The binding was nice and the color was too. The tone was ok, but for the price, it was good.
