Needless to say, I'm really happy with it. I'm also very pleased with the customer service at HMS. Aaron, Zach, and Joel did a great job in answering my questions as well as doing a super set-up on my ukulele which is more important than most realize. Add to all this a free high quality hard case as well as free shipping and I consider this a super deal. Yep, I'll be doing business with HMS again soon. Aloha!

Brilliant! 0 people found this helpfulWhat can I say? I have an exceptionally beautiful piece of artwork that also produces some of the most beautiful sounds I've ever heard. The staff at HMS were friendly, helpful, and took all my many questions in stride. There was never a sense of pushiness or the feeling of buy now or lose out for later. Many thanks to Arron, 'the Uke Brute', who was very knowledgable about all things ukulele. Also for his fantastic instructional and review videos that can be found on YouTube. Joel who did a top notch job on the setup of the ukulele which is much more important than most people realize. Zach who made the shipping process so much easier and fast (three days from Hawaii to the Netherlands). Corey's videos where he plays a sample of almost every ukulele they have in stock which helped me a lot in making my final decision. Sorry Corey, but you've earned a nickname too... 'Wild Man Fujimoto!' Seriously though, your playing is amazingly good and many pieces you play are quite beautiful and show great talent. Both you and Aaron are my new uke heros. Andrew and Jennifer, your business model of excellent customer service will have me coming back soon to buy another ukulele, a high end soprano long neck. One other thing...
