This ukulele is thin in size but it projects! It has a very bright and punchy tone with plenty of volume. The solid spruce top, and the way the back was arched give us a fantastic sounding tenor uke that travels well.
Features a 1 1/4" to 1 3/4" archback thinbody depth with a solid spruce top give a surprisingly full sound.
Our background is in building and repairing guitars and ukuleles and we bring that experience to quality control and setup your ukulele.

Travel ukulele 0 people found this helpfulThis ukulele is my favorite. It's really light and skinny. The sound sounds nice when your jamming with other ukuleles. The best part about this ukulele is that it's travel size and perfect when traveling place to place.

Travel with this awesome ukulele 0 people found this helpfulThis travel size ukulele sounds fabulous. When I first saw it I was wondering why it was so skinny but it's a travel size ukulele. When I started playing this ukulele I could not let go of it because the sound was just so different and it was my style of playing. I love this ukulele and it's sounds great with other ukuleles as well.

Excellent mobile uke! 0 people found this helpfulThis is one excellent take-about ukulele you can bring around without being too bothered about the weight and size. And definitely one that you can safely keep in the car all year round and not worry about it. Because having done so for two years, it still plays excellent, and never (well, almost) gets out of tune! Fits well in your hands, and is incredibly loud for its size. One of the best travel uke you can find at this price range, and just made better by HMS' custom setup.

So much richer than it looks! 0 people found this helpfulThis travel model has such a rich sound, and is easily packed for on the go! I love this thing, and play it every chance I get. I have a couple other tenors, by different makers, and the playability, and sound of this match just about anything I have picked up. I thought it might be a bit difficult getting used to the thin body, but it really was not. It's a lovely instrument!
