'Oli Ukulele Five-Year Limited Warranty
Congratulations on your purchase of an Oli Ukulele! We are committed to providing you with a high-quality instrument that brings joy and music to your life. This Five-Year Limited Warranty covers your Oli Ukulele against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. This will be determined by The Ukulele Site after visually inspecting the ukulele.
Warranty Coverage:
Defects in Materials: This warranty covers any defects in materials used in the construction of your Oli Ukulele. This includes but is not limited to issues with the body, neck, fretboard, and bridge. Tuners are covered for one year.
Defects in Workmanship: We stand behind the craftsmanship of our instruments. This warranty covers any defects resulting from errors or flaws in the assembly or construction process.
Warranty Exclusions:
Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, fading of finish, or damage caused by improper handling, storage, or use.
Unauthorized Modifications: Unauthorized modifications or alterations made to the instrument may void this warranty.
Damage from Accidents or Neglect: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity, or any other external factors beyond our control.
Claim Process:
If you believe your Oli Ukulele is covered under this warranty, please contact us immediately with proof of purchase. We will assess the issue and, if deemed a warranty claim, will provide instructions for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability:
Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product at our discretion. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
